Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you wish to return an item purchased from Tinta Latina, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@tintalatinatl.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse in Florida.
- A $30 USD return processing fee per parcel will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including garment bags, boxes, dust bags, and any other packaging materials received with the order.
- Tinta Latina reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
- Tinta Latina is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
- Sale items, personalized items, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received defective or damaged.
Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Tinta Latina reserves the right to monitor return activity and refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are offered free of charge for size changes, subject to product availability.
Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Any exchange request made outside of this period may not be accepted.
To request an exchange, please contact info@tintalatinatl.com with your order number and the size you wish to receive.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse in Florida.
- Tinta Latina will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to the customer.Items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time the returned item is received and inspected.
