SHIPPING POLICY
- Delivery time may be affected by local governments.

Your order will arrive between 4-5 business days in America. For Europe, it will take between 5-10 business days.
RETURN POLICY
- If you wish to return an item purchased from Tinta Latina, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse in Florida. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- Duties associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- All correctly returned items will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Similarly, any customs duties you will have borne to receive your order are non-refundable.
- The following may not be returned: SALE ITEMS
- Please note that we monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our T&Cs will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future returns being refused.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- FREE of charge
- Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Anything returned outside of this period constitutes final sale.
